friends, what are they?

i've been wanting to write this post SO long ago. and is it a SUPER long post.

how do ppl catergorise strangers as friends?
i seriously wonder.

1) do you happen to know this person, lets call him A, for years and you both once hang out awhile so after 10 years of losing contact he is also your friend?
2) or you always hear bout this person A form your close friend and thus when u talk bout A to your other friends, he too become your friend?
3) or after a few exchange of e-mail or worst, friendster message, that other party is your friend too?
4) or u have seen him/her a few times and both of you know the presence of each other thus he/she become your friend too?
5) or simply because you are too lazy to catergorise them so you put them all in a catergory name "friends"?

some may say friends can range from acquaintance to really close ones or so called true friends. then ok lor. we shall leave it as it is and we can all say "WE HAVE SO MANY MANY FRIENDS." ya right.

I always believed that a true friend is someone who will say what he/she don't like bout what u do you right in your face. but i come to realise that not many people can do that (or maybe is because i am always right la. hahahahahhahahaha). but how many true friends do you have? or how many friends are you true to?

it is human nature to be afraid of offending people. especially people you care about. i am afraid of offending people too. and i know alot people are not able to comments from other ppl. and by comments, i mean CONSTRUCTIVE comments hor, not destructive ones.

if you come tell me right in my face and say i am fat. THAT, is destructive. hahahahahhahahaha
and u will so pissed me off that i will strangle u on the spot. wahahahahah.

if you come tell me that i am fat, and u sponsor my slimming session. THAT, is constructive. muahahahahahah.

but anyway, i very little this type of friend. damn sad. i think it is less then the fingers on my hand lor!!! and now i can only think of 3 lor, yvonne, tricia and maybe kat? i shall proceed to my office toilet and cry.

yvonne is a damn straight forward person la. (that bitch. hahahahahahha)
tricia is the type where i will pissed her off and she will pissed me off but the next time we see each other nobody remembers anything anymore.
kat is a more special case la. we have same thinking, we belong to same catergory cept she don't smoke la. LOL. so our path nv crossed, and we remain true to each other!! hahahahahahah at least to me la. hur hur

i used to think i have alot of friends, but i guess not so huh?

how many this kind of friends do you have? ever thought bout it before?

p.s: before you go aound telling all your friends what you don't like bout them, pls take note that some people are the "say-say-only kind". they might say they are able to take criticism but they cannot de hor. so observe 1st hor. later lose all ur friends don come bombard my blog hor.
